The music professionals of UEL’s performing arts degree course bring an investigation into the changing fortune of live music venues.  ‘Boiled Beef and Carrots’ explores the renewed interest in live Music Hall in venues such as Hoxton Hall and Wilton’s in East London and the resurgence of a new wave of traditional variety theatre.
