We’re collaborating with Newham CAMHS (CFCS) & Soapbox
We are excited to announce more activity linked to two ongoing collaborations which will create several new radio programmes with young people in 2019.
We are collaborating with the Child and Family Consultation Service (CFCS), who are part of Newham CAHMS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). This ongoing tie-in should lead to a new radio programme to be broadcast in July 2019, with the potential for more programmes to be created going forwards. This news represents an exciting time for RadioActive101, as it showcases how valuable it is considered by stakeholders in the East London community.
Furthermore, a project with Soapbox community centre in Old Street, who are part of part of our established partner Dragonhall Trust, will see the creation of other new radio programmes in Summer 2019.
This represents an exciting time for RadioActive101 as the airwaves will soon be buzzing with new content produced and presented by engaged youth across East London whose voices are not usually heard. Stay tuned for more news as these radio programmes are produced over the next two months.
